Permissions
So Vima is a Jedi and that means the Force. Specifically, Vima's schtick seems to be perceptiveness: she is really good at knowing who to trust and who can get her where she needs to go. (For example, she chooses a depowered ex-Sith Lord to train her in the ways of the Jedi, and finds him by picking out the same guy who gave him a lift to his fortress of solitary atonement.) Her mother is also good at this area of Jedi-ness, but Vima's not at that level yet.
This knack of hers is always "on", so to speak; she can turn it up and actively try to sense more, but she's always got it in the background because energy field that binds all living things blah blah blah. However, if you do not want Vima to ~just know~ things about your character (i.e. that they're a villain, or that they're just pretending to be an asshole) I am totally fine with nerfing this and have set up this permissions post accordingly! Also, if Vima is in a situation where it becomes relevant, I'll probably be contacting you anyway to see what's kosher.

Is there anything that she should "get" from them first? Nel is smiley and friendly and gregarious, but he's putting up a front and acting dishonestly and defensively all the time.
Is there something specific you want her TO or NOT TO pick up? Really, picking up on anything with him would be fun. He doesn't have a malicious bone in his body, but he is untrustworthy/flaky, cowardly, and kind of crippled in the willpower department. He has gone though huge terrible suffering, and he uses blind, desperate optimism to cope with it-- however she would read that. And it's up to you if you want her to pick up anything that might lead to the more horrible details of his character (raised as a sex slave, is a drug addict, etc.) so if that stuff is uncomfortable for you, feel free to put that on the DO NOT SENSE list.
Do they have any power that could shield them from this sense? Not in the slightest.

Is there anything that she should "get" from them first? Maybe the fact that he isn't human! Tek has a HUGE, potent, bleedy aura, even though most of his soul is kept in another plane of existence while he is in human form. Tek is really a giant death-element dragon... and even normal humans can sometimes feel some of this aura. And his natural energy isn't necessarily bad, like something undead might have. It's usually unsettling to things that are living, but he was created to govern the natural, universal sort of death.
Is there something specific you want her TO or NOT TO pick up? I don't think there's anything about him that is off-limits. Though he has been very well behaved here, he is technically evil-aligned. He has caused huge suffering and destruction in his time, he has upset Fate by causing many untimely deaths, and is generally a dangerous and selfish creature to anyone on his bad side. He is also not totally devoted to evil, however, and can make a fantastic ally and good company if you can tolerate him and stay on his good side. SO I DON'T KNOW how she would read any of that... but there it is.
Do they have any power that could shield them from this sense? If he decides to, he can put up mental blocks and draw his aura in close, keeping his energy further away from the touches of others. So, if he catches on to the fact that she can read him, he might do that. It generally makes him harder to touch or read in any way, and makes him easier to mistake for human.
COIL LENN -

Is there anything that she should "get" from them first? Unlike Tek, this kid is full of the bad kind of death energy. Though he does some good things, like hunt vampires, he is also a necromancer... which is not great. And he is so committed to this path that he has a little piece of an evil, necromantic god lodged inside of him. He'd make an excellent Sith, really.
Is there something specific you want her TO or NOT TO pick up? Please, read away! Coil is mute and not very emotive, so he isn't used to people being able to read him or understand what he thinks or wants. So, that could be cool. He's also underestimated a lot, because he works to keep his dark arts a secret. And while he's unfriendly and sort of evil, he is extremely intelligent and hellishly driven to understand and defeat this place, so he could also make a useful ally. Again, do with any of this info as you will.
Do they have any power that could shield them from this sense? He could probably set up a ward against it, if he had the time, but Clearsights are actually very susceptible to psychic reading and suggestion.

Is there anything that she should "get" from them first? It's situational, but if Vima happens to encounter him in a negative mood he'll sometimes hide it with laughter or theatrics. Nothing huge though; otherwise he's just really big on making people smile.

Is there anything that she should "get" from them first? Allen's a hot mess energy wise. There's a lot of positive vibes there, and a lot positive/light based power. He's got a strong heart, and very good intentions.
However he's also got a lot of negative powers sealed inside of him if she looks close enough. The reading is pretty vague (and I'll get to that in a moment), it'll be hard to even get a gauge of just how much power is there- but you probably shouldn't be in a rush to find out either.
Is there something specific you want her TO or NOT TO pick up? MOSTLY specific details about the dark presence inside him. This is partly because Noahs (the dark presence) have this ability that essentially allows them to cloak their presence pretty damn well, and partly because canon is still ongoing so not everything about the Noah is known! So it's fine if she senses something's there? But anything else about it would probably be too fuzzy to read.
Do they have any power that could shield them from this sense? Just the Noah cloaking ability mentioned earlier! I'll be sure to mention it if anything changes on that front!

Is there anything that she should "get" from them first? Basically that Miah is a force of Light and good and kind of implied to be something more than a mortal, but we're not sure about that yet, thanks square-enix! But if her pings get through, then Miah will likely ping as an incredible force of good, absolutely trustworthy, etc.

Do they have any power that could shield them from this sense? Mmmmaybe. Miah has a power known as the "Echo", which basically means she was chosen by the embodiment/goddess/??? of her home planet itself. Having the Echo, she is immune to all external mental tampering, is able to speak and understand all languages, and there's... some weird shit going on with it we don't know anything about, so I'll leave it out of here. The short version is, the Lifestream/planet/origin of all life/mother goddess of her home picked her and her friends to be the saviors of basically everything and beat back the darkness. I have no idea how this would work in Star Wars terms, so... I'm leaving this up to your call.
Nightingale-
Is there anything that she should "get" from them first? Probably that she's an emotional mess. She's really easy to read, but she's an amnesiac with tons of weird soul shit going on. She's also basically a tsundere mess and tries to talk big when she's scared or upset, so I can make notes when she's lying. Also, she generally craves kindness and approval, so if she's shown that, she can basically be made to do a lot of things.
Is there something specific you want her TO or NOT TO pick up? Nothing in particular! However, she is basically a minefield of issues, so it's pretty easy to set her off and make her upset.
Do they have any power that could shield them from this sense? None! Unless this is soul shit, because Nightingale's soul is currently in several pieces and generally in awful shape.

Is there anything that she should "get" from them first? Stefan's a vampire (his blood has magical properties) - but despite the typical negative aura that might accompany one, he's got a good heart and his intentions are always pure.
Is there something specific you want her TO or NOT TO pick up? He does actively fight his inner (darker) impulses - so she could sense something darker lurking behind him? Stefan desperately wants to be "better" and believes that he can fight back what is ingrained in him, so he consciously strives to be that better person. (If she even gets a reading, I'm not sure what the EU policy is for vampires, if one even exists.)
Do they have any power that could shield them from this sense? Maybe? As a vampire who can compel people into doing his bidding, Stefan's immune to most forms of suggestion - I usually err on the side of "probably, but she might have to try a little harder for anything hard-hitting."
Character: Shawn Hunter

Is there anything that she should "get" from them first? He's afraid. Of everything. At first, it might just seem like he's afraid of people/his surroundings, but he's actually mostly afraid of himself. He has a lot of raw power that he doesn't understand and isn't in control of. It's called "Awakening" in his canon. Otherwise, he has a lot of daddy issues and whatever.
Is there something specific you want her TO or NOT TO pick up? She can pick this up, but I'd appreciate it if she didn't just tell him to his face: he isn't exactly a human being. He might actually ping closer to Kaworu Nagisa (a creature known as an Angel) than a human being. But, for the sake of his sanity, he shouldn't be told that right now.
